The Gryphyn Media Helpdesk has been replaced with a new Client Portal, where you can manage your account information, open support tickets, and pay invoices.

and the password from your domain account.

Email for support if you cannot log in.

If you need to see something from the old helpdesk database, please open a ticket in the new Portal, with as much detail as possible. The old helpdesk was not working properly when we stopped using it in September 2007. Please re-submit unresolved tickets in the new Portal.

If you have not been receiving email updates from us, make sure your email address is correct in the portal, and that you have whitelisted our support@gryphynmedia.com email address.
