I need to install a form on a website... what should I use?

Ah, those pesky forms. Some versions of the control panel still have "formmail-clone" shown on them... but it is disabled due to security issues. And please do not use any version of Matt's FormMail from the ScriptArchive, no matter how well it has worked for you in the past.
